As an Employee Experience Manager at Noma Security, you’ll own and shape the employee experience across our growing organization. You’ll design and execute meaningful programs that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, and connection, while building scalable processes that evolve with the company. Working closely with the People team, leadership, and employees across Noma, you’ll help create an environment where people feel connected, supported, and excited to do their best work.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Own the Employee Experience: Design and execute initiatives that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, connection, and belonging across the company.
- Build Meaningful Programs: Plan and deliver company events, team activities, celebrations, employee recognition, and other experiences that bring our culture to life.
- Shape and Scale the Function: Build processes, programs, and frameworks that support a consistent, high-quality employee experience as Noma continues to grow.
- Partner Across the Organization: Work closely with the People team, leadership, managers, and employees to understand needs and turn them into thoughtful employee initiatives.
- Listen and Improve: Gather employee feedback, identify opportunities, and continuously evolve programs to create meaningful impact.
✅ What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Employee Experience
- Proven experience owning and executing employee engagement programs, events, and company-wide initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives end-to-end
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership and attention to detail
- Creative thinking and a genuine passion for building meaningful employee experiences
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with employees, managers, and leadership
